The madness of the Israeli Left did not begin today or even yesterday. All those yearning after peace – immediately, this very moment and without delay – with their army of camp followers at their demonstrations have been poisoning our wells for quite some time. The only difference is that once they were at the oddball margins of our society in the image of people such as the communist Meir Wilner who supported the idea of two states for two peoples.
Today the students of the nationalist Zionist Zeev Jabotinsky have joined them and are selling our land piece by piece under slogans like “disengagement” and “realignment”, slogans that have blown up in their faces.
The trouble for us is that when they wise up it may be too late and the price of their fantasies will not be paid by the fantasizers but rather the fantasized, who will become cannon fodder for the illusions of peace.
