In the last decade the number of households living off of assured income has grown. The Israeli Government has launched a social program aimed at returning many of those receiving compensation to the labor force. Receipt of compensation will be condition on participation in the program, an expression of the joint obligation of the individual and the State to the back to work process. Implementation will be in employment centers, with courses suited to each participant. Obstacles for return to the labor market will be removed.
