It is high time to practically advance the interests of people who live in the Galilee and in the Negev (especially Beduins, being so far neglected), and form a more equitable perception of national resources distribution. This is the only way to let Israeli Arabs in the Negev and the Galilee, to be an integral part of the overall and just layout vision.
