Nothing Can Stand Up To Necessity

Dr. Shoshani suggests a new reform in the educational system, in order to solve the many problems originating from the demand for excellence and the social demand for equality. In his opinion, the previous reform remrkedly advanced the equality matter, but neglected excellence. In order to compensate for that, without giving up equality, he suggests a new method, containing all the education system's components (managers, teachers, duration of studies and tuition methods).
